Hello! We are an Outsourcing IT company Merehead, which specializes in developing fintech and blockchain projects in the United States and Europe.

We are looking for a Project manager with good work experience, leadership skills and a desire to work effectively in our friendly team.

Work experience in a team from 3 to 10 people, using Agile (Scrum) tools from 0.5+ years;
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, project management according to all stages, Continious integrations;
Understanding two-tier architecture;
Understanding of Agile principle and Cascade model of work with projects;
Skills of working with Task Managers (Trello) / Bag Tracking System (Youtreck / Jira) (welcome);
Experience in writing technical documentation and updating it during the project;
Experience with the architecture of the logic of the projects;
English - Upper Intermediate.

Resource management (team, time) necessary for the implementation of the project;
Planning and distribution of tasks;
Maintaining information on the project, monitoring the timing of the project, setting priorities;
Monitoring compliance with AGILE processes;
Interaction with customers. Negotiations, sending layouts to the client, online briefings, approval of work;
Generation and validation of new ideas for increasing productivity (for example, teambuildings, master classes, the introduction of new technologies for project management).
